Sinead Johnstone
Sinead is the CEO and lead Aesthetic nurse prescriber. Sinead started her Emerald journey in 2018 when she started her training in aesthetics. She previously managed care homes and had a long history as an NHS nurse.
Sinead has extensive knowledge and experience as both a nurse and aesthetic clinician and prides herself in building the company and surrounding herself with a fantastic team. Since its opening, Sinead has won several beauty awards for Best Cosmetic Practitioner and Best Clinic in Edinburgh. She is incredibly proud to have won the Scottish Aesthetics Award 2023 for outstanding achievement.
Her favourite treatment is liquid Rhinoplasty or the Emerald Signature Lip. However, her favourite part of the job is making her clients feel like the best version of themselves.
Kerri Hamilton
Kerri joined the Emerald team as an MUA in 2020. soon after, Kerri started assisting Sinead with treatments, as she had always been interested in the aesthetics industry.
She soon started her journey in the industry and trained initially in our Neofound treatment. With the needle, Kerri proved herself a natural and commenced her aesthetics training. Kerri has covered many training and supervision days with Sinead and is now a talented aesthetic practitioner.
Kerri is well known as one of the best MUAs in the area and has a great artistic eye for detail, so why put such talent to waste?
Kerri is now one of our practitioners and our semi-permanent brow specialist, providing the best hair stroke and ombre brows.
Clare Wilson
Clare is one of Sinead’s lifelong friends and started this journey soon after Sinead at Emerald in 2019. Clare is a visiting Nurse at the clinic and has extensive knowledge as a nurse and aesthetics.
Clare is a Marie Curie nurse and has been nursing for 10+ years. She specialises in Natural Lips and Fibroblast treatments.
Her visiting days to the clinic are variable; however, to book with Clare, please check her Instagram page for her availability.
Sarah Smyth
Sarah is an essential team member and our ray of sunshine in front of the house; she also often assists with treatments and is fantastic at making nervous clients feel at ease.
Sarah has a background in care, which shows with every client and melodramatic practitioner when we are having a busy day.
Sarah will often be your first contact with Emerald, and she is here to answer all your questions and messages.
